Burst Sprinkler Line in Office Building

This flooded office building was caused by a frozen and then burst sprinkler line during our December 2022/January 2023 winter freeze event.

During our recent major freeze, commercial properties were calling on us to come in and cleanup after burst sprinkler lines and pipe lines. A sprinkler line break in the foyer of this office caused the entire office to flood.

SERVPRO of North Whitfield and Catoosa Counties was called in to clean up the aftermath! With plastic ductwork set up throughout the office, we got the building tried and out back to 'pre-disaster event condition'.
