On this job, we were called due to suspected microbial growth in what seemed to be a structurally unsound room. After a few tests, a heightened level of microbial growth was confirmed. We arrived on to assess and complete our task of remediating the mold problem. Immediately, we removed some of the affected drywall. After moving the appliances to another room, we also removed the laminate flooring and underlayment. Upon further inspection, we found the rotting had expanded beyond the initially affected room. After it was all said and done, we were in and out quickly and efficiently. The customer was very satisfied with the results!
