Normally, attics operate under the "out of sight, out of mind" rule. We only visit the attic to find old pictures or to get the Christmas Tree out every year. Sometimes we even forget the attic exists and we might leave it alone for weeks at a time. That is the case in the photos above. In an unheated attic, pipes fell victim to chilly temperatures and busted. From the photos you can see how the entire interior wall was affected by the busted pipe and insulation was spread everywhere! Luckily SERVPRO was on the scene ready to help!
